Released
Parties: Sponsor(s),
Tim Carthon, the National Greek
Fraternity and Sorority Awards™,
the Greeks United All-Star Greek
Step Showcase®, Carthon Choreography™ LLC, Premier
Budgeting International™,
Premier Compositions™,
their respective
parents, affiliates, assigns, heirs,
licensees, successors, subsidiaries,
and advertising and promotion agencies,
their official representatives,
and each of their respective directors,
officers, employees, and assigns
are hereinafter known collectively
as the "Released Parties". |

2. |
Entries: Entries
for contest(s) accepted by our Online
Entry Form only, which must be completed and
electronically submitted before
12am, Sept. 22 of the current contest
year. If and when applicable, only
one entry per individual, per year,
per valid email address is needed
to enter. A single day is a calendar
day beginning at 12:01pm and ending
at 11:59pm at the individual's (your)
time zone where the entry is submitted.
However, the times for our contests
are based solely on EST (Eastern
Standard Time). All fields
identified as "required" will need
to be entered correctly for your
submission to be valid. We are not
responsible for any act of God or
events beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to lost,
misdirected, late, or ineligible
entries submitted via the Internet. |

Entry
and Eligibility: No
purchase necessary. All federal,
state, and local laws and regulations
apply. Void wherever prohibited
or restricted by law. Contest begins
on January 01 of
the current contest year at 12am (midnight)
Eastern Standard Time and ends Sept. 22 ("entry period") of that same
contest year. Eligibility
for Sponsorship Contests is for
individuals only, no groups/corporations,
etc. A
minimum of $120.00 in Sponsorship-secured
funding per entrant, per event/year
(depending on which one is applicable)
is required in order to be eligible
for any contest prizes. So, be sure
to keep in touch with your potential
sponsors in order to ensure that
they submit their Ads with your
name listed on the Ad Form(s) as
being the person who secured those
Ads so that it can be counted toward
your Sponsorship Submission monetary
total. Must be 13
years of age or older as of the
day you register for the year of
the current Showcase's Contest(s)
and a United States (US) resident
to be eligible to enter the contest.
Only those residing within the continental
U.S. are eligible to win all prizes. However, all individuals
residing outside of the continental U.S. (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, etc.)
are only eligible to win cash prizes. All trips won will only
leave from and return to destinations
within the continental U.S., unless otherwise specified. |
